Brand new, unused & undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of purchase when accompanied in original box & packaging with proof of purchase. Items not in unopened original packaging are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. A restocking fee of 20% is charged on all returned items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All sales are final on all seeds and plants.

Buds Seed & Supply is happy to assist you in the case of a defective item within the manufacturer warranty period. You may receive a refund, replacement, or repair at the manufacture’s discretion.

All canceled orders are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee.
